Rawhiti Estate
Rawhiti Estate is a retirement village in Remuera, offering 68 premium rest home, dementia and hospital-level care rooms, as well as 27 luxury independent living apartments. This project was a design and build, with Argon co-ordinating the design and construction of the infrastructure, from demolition to handover to the client.

Rawhiti has been a challenging project, but must surely be one of the few projects currently in Auckland to be both on budget and ahead of programme, and yet we have pushed the boundary to new levels of design excellence.
