Dilworth Rural Campus

The Dilworth Rural Campus was a staged project involving the conversion of an existing 48 unit hotel and the construction of new buildings to house 200 students and 40 staff.

The existing buildings and hotel facilities were converted into a dining and kitchen hall, classrooms, technology workshops and accommodation for students and staff.

A new gymnasium with a sports hall, fitness suite, classroom and offices was constructed, along with new accommodation chalets, Head of Campus home and a large implements shed.

Location: Mangatawhiri, Auckland
Client: Dilworth Trust Board
Contract Value: $20 million
Project Duration: 1 year, 6 months

Last month, the Dilworth Trust Board held its May Board meeting at the Rural Campus, and during the course of the day, took the opportunity to tour the grounds and view the facilities.
During the course of our inspection, we were reminding again of the great effort you took to ensure a quality build, which is still clearly evident six years post completion.
