Argon Construction were successful in tendering for $20 million of fit out work to be completed in the tight time frame. To enable the work to be programmed and completed on time, Argon developed site facilities in Federal House adjacent to the Casino site housing Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Draughtsmen, Clerical workers and Foremen. In addition to these administrators, Argon needed to provide mess facilities for the 80 men and 60 subcontractors working for them.

In order to protect the high quality finishes and limit sightseers to Casino areas, Argon employed their own Security guards 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In order to meet the tight time schedule, many items were set out and pre-fabricated off site. These items included feature ceilings, Canoe and Cabaret bars.
