2010 Northland Events Centre
|
|
The Northland Events Centre will be a highly important strategic asset for the Northland region, and includes a new 3000 seat stand with corporate entertaining facilities, match facilities in accordance with NZRU guidelines, management offices, retail space, conference facilities, field realignment, earthworks, and refurbishment of the existing terraces. The existing pitch lighting has been relocated and upgraded to 1500 Lux to meet Rugby World Cup Standards and the playing surface, drainage and irrigation systems have been brought up to modern standards.

2009 Hastings District Court
|
|
The courthouse is a complicated building with a range of different functions and spaces including four courtrooms, judges chambers, administration offices, custodial areas and public spaces set over two levels.
A high level of technology was incorporated into the building and emphasis on environmental sustainability was required in the building design and construction.
The building is a complex precast and structural steel structure with kingzip composite roofing panels and a detailed façade made up of precast kingspan panels, low E glass, stone, composite aluminium panels, louvers and joinery.

2009 Blue Water Black Magic : A Tribute to Sir Peter Blake
|
|
Argon recently completed alterations and extensions to the Maritime Museum in Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour to create a tribute to Sir Peter Blake. The project involved partial demolition of the existing building, then structural strengthening and extending the building over water with a new pop-up roof to house the suspended NZL32 “Black Magic” yacht. The project included piling for the wharf extension and repairs to the existing wharf structure, much of which was done off a barge or cantilevered scaffolding.

Turner Waverley Apartments is a 178 apartment development recently completed in a mixed residential and commercial zone in central Auckland.
There are two towers connected by basement carparking and a shared podium courtyard. Tower A consists of 14 residential levels and three basement levels while Tower B consists of 12 residential levels with three basement levels.

Argon Construction Ltd negotiated contracts with KFC (NZ) Ltd to carry out a refurbishment and modernization program for 30 of their fast food outlets situated all over New Zealand from Orewa to Invercargill. The time period for the work was 16 months.
