Managing Director Name: Tom Cashen Background and Experience: Tom completed his apprenticeship with W M Angus in Napier. He continued in the construction industry running several large contracts as Project Manager before training as a Quantity Surveyor with Chamberlain and Associates. Tom has been involved with Argon since 1979 and became the Principal in 1986. |

Contract Manager Name: Pat Carmine Background and Experience: Pat started his apprenticeship with Angus Construction in Wellington in 1979 and worked his way quickly up to General Foreman. Pat joined Argon in 1991 to work on the NZ Expo Pavilion in Spain before returning to a role as Senior Projects Manager in Auckland. |

Chief Quantity Surveyor Name: Grant Dye Background and Experience: Grant has been a professional quantity surveyor since 1988 when he was employed by Rider Hunt with whom he worked for six years before leaving to join Argon Construction in 1995. During his time with Argon, Grant has worked on many of our major projects. |
